When we transform though, there is no guidebook. When we shed off layers of skin, there is no warning sign of what’s underneath the layers, and when we quiet down, there is no volume notch to ease the transition. One day, there is just on and off.
Listen up restaurants and staff of restaurants! I, and all the other food allergic people out there, come to you, to enjoy a nice time (typically, we are secretly shitting in our pants, scared that you might contaminate our food, but we come to you because we want to be social, we want to enjoy life like 'the others' and we want to enjoy an 'experience' with our company, friends, partners, family etc.
Brown rice is an absolute ancient grain that as a complex carbohydrate (providing both yin and yang) it metabolizes and delivers energy-giving sugars slowly, over time rather than a fast boom like wheat that will send you into the ZZZ's within the hour. So how and why do I cleanse with it?

I am known for in fact not leaving my house, (under any circumstances) without having eaten my breakfast and taken a healthy sh**t... most importantly, I can not miss my 'pre-breakfast'. So what is this 'pre breakfast I speak of?
The second you have 'a break' what do you do? Look at your iPhone? Check Facebook, instagram, twitter, tinder, etc....Or do you stop, pause, listen to your breath and just simply...be?
The gut is so-to-speak our first brain. Whatever we put in our mouths, gets processed by our gut and signals how to handle the information...where to store things like vitamins, proteins, nutrition etc.
